I led the full-stack marketing campaign for the launch of Kerovit’s new experience centre in Kolkata — a flagship moment for the brand.

I spearheaded every element of the launch:
• Curated and coordinated a two-day launch event, from on-ground execution to press interactions
• Secured a high-visibility hoarding at Maa Flyover — one of Kolkata’s busiest spots
• Launched a month-long radio campaign to build recall and footfall
• Engaged 8 hyperlocal influencers to generate relatable video content
• Drove media outreach through a press conference and digital PR
• Designed an in-store photo-op booth that allowed guests to take home framed memories — creating emotional brand connect.

The result? Over 300 visitors on Day 1, earned media coverage, and a memorable retail activation that blended experience with performance.
