I led a series of high-impact, content-first initiatives to humanize Viega India’s technical brand narrative and increase relevance across stakeholder groups — from architects to on-ground plumbers.
I conceptualized and executed three key campaigns:
1. ‘Goddesses of Architecture’ – A video series spotlighting top women architects across India, building community and visibility.
2. Product Installation Tutorials – Step-by-step how-to tutorial videos simplifying complex installation processes, tailored for plumbers.
3. ‘Viega Visionary Voices’ – A podcast series featuring India’s leading architects and designers, positioning Viega as a brand that enables thought leadership.
I led content strategy, scripting, production coordination, internal stakeholder alignment, and multi-channel distribution — from YouTube to WhatsApp-based internal sharing.
The result?
High engagement across platforms, improved recall among influencers and end-users, and internal repurposing of content for training and enablement. Together, these campaigns transformed technical information into relatable, story-driven content that advanced both brand and business goals. This contributed to a 388% YoY CAGR in YouTube subscriber growth — from just 103 to over 12,000 in 3 years.
